For this project, I show the circuit diagram and construction of the Mini Music Tesla Coil Plasma Speaker Wireless Resonant Transformer which is available to purchase as a kit from eBay. The circuit diagram is shown:
Components Required:
- 2kohm resistor (2)
- 10kohm resistor (2)
- Red LED
- Green LED
- 1uF/16v electrolytic capacitor
- 1uF (105) 50V electrolytic capacitor
- Audio jack
- Audio connector
- 80NF70 transistor
- BD243C transistor
- Bulb
- 1T coil
- 0.12/370T coil
- Heat sink (2)
- DC Jack
- M3 screws (6)
Tools Required:
- Glue gun and sticks
- Soldering iron
This Tesla coil uses a power input of 15-24VDC and current of 2A, bulbs and fluorescent tubes light up when placed near the Tesla coil
